Shipping is available statewide on wood, gas and electric heaters through Empire Couriers. While available statewide, there may be cases where we direct you to another dealer. Due to our commitment to outstanding post sales support, selling well outside of our geographical area is not always possible.

When purchasing online, the default shipping period after adding products to your cart will be 14 days; however, most products will be available for collection within 24 hours. Please contact us to enquire about timeframes for specific products. Delivery times will vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Payments can be made via the Online Store options or alternatively, you can contact us to supply an invoice for bank transfer payment (fee free).
