Installation
Our mission revolves around providing honest and expert guidance to our clients on their journey to find the optimal heating solution for their space. We work closely with trusted third-party installers (some of whom have been working alongside us for over 15 years) to coordinate a tailored solution for each project.
Our Process
1- Contact us via phone or email, visit our Invermay showroom and/or complete our site visit request form below. Our team will help you navigate our array of heating solutions and assist you to select one which best suits your design and installation prerequisites. Often, we can glean enough information in this initial interaction to immediately book installation of your chosen heater (photos, plans and measurements are always helpful!).
2- If more information is required or there are complexities to consider, a free site visit to gather the necessary details is offered. Depending on your chosen heating solution, either a Randall's team member or one of our recommended installers will visit your property/ commercial space to measure and assess your space. This process may involve required corrective works on existing chimneys, assistance in coordinating other trades or advice on constructing a new installation enclosure.
3- Once a site visit has been conducted, we will provide you with a formal quote. If accepted, our team will be in touch to advise of any updates to your order and to schedule installation.
Should you have your own installers, that’s okay too, we’re happy to provide all relevant installation instructions and offer any support that’s required.
Please be aware that we do not offer installation services for second-hand heaters or units purchased elsewhere.
