Shipping & Delivery
Our installation contractors cover the North, North West and North East of Tasmania and delivery is included in your installation price!
For Tasmanian customers with their own installers, we offer free depot delivery via Empire Couriers for all wood, gas and electric fireplaces. Depots are located in Glenorchy and Latrobe. In the North, orders can be collected from our Launceston warehouse.
Please contact us at sales@randallheating.com for a door-to-door delivery quote to a residential address.
Store Collection
We offer click and collect from our Launceston warehouse for all products. You will receive an email update once your online order is packed.
To avoid disappointment, please wait for your email confirmation that the order is ready to collect before arriving.
Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have an enquiry about stock levels for specific products.
