Ooni Perforated Peel Bundle

Begin with the perforated peel for stretching, topping and launching your pizza. The perforations allow excess flour and semolina to fall away before you cook, getting the base nice and crisp without the bitter taste of burnt flour. When it’s time to rotate your pizza, reach for the turning peel. This indispensable tool allows you to manoeuvre your pizza around the oven to create an even cook because of the small head.
