Our Process

Our mission is to provide honest and expert guidance to our clients on their search for the optimal heating solution for their home. We work closely with trusted third-party installers to coordinate a tailored solution for each project.

1- Contact us via phone, email or complete the site visit form below. Our team will assist you to select a heating solution which best suits your design and installation prerequisites. Often, this process provides enough detail to immediately provide a quote or book installation- photos, plans and measurements are always helpful!

2- If more information is required, a free site visit is usually offered. Depending on the product, either a Randall's team member or one of our recommended contractors will attend to measure and assess your space. This process may involve corrective works, assistance in coordinating other trades or advice on constructing a new installation enclosure.

3- After your site visit, we will provide you with a quote. Once accepted, our team will be in touch to advise of updates and schedule installation.

Should you have your own installers, that’s okay too, we’re happy to provide all relevant installation instructions and offer any support that’s required.

Please be aware that we do not offer installation services for second-hand heaters or units purchased from other retailers.
