Our installation contractors cover the North, North West and North East of Tasmania and delivery is included in your installation price!
For customers with their own installers, shipping is available statewide on wood, gas and electric heaters through Empire Couriers. For particular products, we may direct you to other dealers due to our commitment to outstanding post sales service and warranty resolution.

The default fulfilment period for delivery is 14 days. Most products will be received within this time frame. If there is an area we cannot arrange delivery for OR shipping is likely to be delayed beyond the fulfilment period, we will work with you to provide a solution.
Pickup
We offer free click and collect from our Invermay warehouse for all products.
To avoid disappointment, please wait for your email confirmation that the order has been packed before arriving to collect.
We will provide you with an update once your order is packed. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have an enquiry about stock levels for specific products.
